Danielle
Office Manager & Registered Dental Hygienist
Danielle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and joined our team in May 2003. She loves that our practice feels like family and calls it her "dental" home. Danielle works hard to ensure every patient feels respected and heard. She fills in wherever needed and keeps medical billing, insurance and patient charts up to date. Outside the office, Danielle is a mother to two wonderful children who have grown up here as well. She loves crafting and her family are avid campers.
Allison Beatty
Patient Coordinator
Allison studied dental assisting at the Great Lakes Institute of Technology, finishing in 2015, and joined our team in October 2019. She loves that our office feels like one big family and that coming to work never feels like "going to work." Allison is focused on first impressions — whether on the phone or at the front desk — and strives to ensure every person feels welcomed, heard and cared for from the moment they reach out. Outside the office, Allison is married and has one fur baby, Sidney. She enjoys going to the gym, watching Penn State football and cheering on Pittsburgh Penguins hockey.
Lucia Davern
Registered Dental Hygienist & Oral Myofunctional Therapist
Lucia earned her associate’s degree from Youngstown State University in 2014, and joined our team that same year. She also completed her OMT certification through MyoMentor in 2025. Lucia enjoys that our team feels like a family and that patients can see the laughter we share — work is not just work when we are together! Lucia is dedicated to patient education, working to help patients understand the value of necessary treatments and building stronger patient relationships while providing positive experiences. Lucia is married with two children, one boy and one girl.
Beth Kendall
Dental Assistant
Beth is a dedicated dental assistant who joined our team in October 2023. She trained at J.H. Academy and brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to every patient visit. Beth enjoys knowing that her work helps improve someone’s day by improving their smile. She supports our clinical team by providing essential patient care, enhancing efficiency and contributing to a smooth workflow. Outside the office, she has been married for 28 years and is the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to two grandsons. She enjoys baking, relaxing with adult paint-by-number projects and reading psychological thrillers.
Brittany Thompson
Dental Assistant
Brittany attended the Tri-State Business Institute, earning her associate’s degree in 2010, and joined our team in August 2019. She enjoys helping patients feel confident and comfortable in our office, and is dedicated to patient care, comfort and efficiency, helping appointments run smoothly so that each person who visits us can enjoy a positive experience while receiving care. Brittany has two children, and outside the office enjoys going camping and attending concerts.
Angie Crosby, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Angie Crosby is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined the practice on December 15, 2025. She earned her Associate degree in dental hygiene from Erie Community College in Williamsville, New York, graduating in 2002, and holds a license to practice dental hygiene. Angie is married to Pat Crosby, and together they share a love of life on the water. The couple owns a fishing charter business and can often be found on their boat throughout the summer months. She is also the proud stepmother to an adult son named Ryan and a devoted cat mom to Captain Jack Sparrow. In her free time, Angie enjoys traveling, especially on girls’ trips, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
